从星期一到现在，在单位就没有办法使用MSN。打开网页也处于间歇性抽风状态，长期凝固，瞬间刷新。打QQ游戏就更有意思了，只看见自己这里在读秒，然后突然出现快进×8的画面，三家的牌乱飞，到我这里再次读秒。这一切全是因为联通的网络服务，单位租用了联通专线，今天是第四天，他们的还在“待查”。问技术部的同事，为什么要租用联通专线？回答说是“便宜”。我大怒，骂曰：“我们他妈的可是国企啊！”
长期以来，我忍受中国移动的高额话费，坚持使用全球通。我忍受150元/月的宽带包月费，争取把市话部分控制在十元以下。唯一的目的就是想得到稳定可靠的服务，别人使用铁通宽带的时候，我一度犹豫过。但是等他们断线，打电话投诉对方已经下班时，我开始庆幸150元换来的24小时不间断服务。
中国的客户服务是一种类似异次元空间的系统，最好不要去碰。一旦接触，就会很快迷失于其中。根本之道就是不和他们打交道，这就对服务质量有很高的要求。只要服务正常，我可以一辈子不给你的客户服务部门打一个电话，这对大家都是好事。尤其是考虑到城市里的变态那么多，没事喜欢打电话泡接线员，不用长时间开着电话听音乐等转接绝对是种幸福生活。
以前有个非常精致的短片，专门打击联通不通。不知道现在情况怎么样了？一度解释说机站建设不足，所以覆盖面没有移动大，影响了通话质量。但是到现在，我给联通手机打电话，十次里还是会有一到两次无法接通。据说成立联通、铁通是为了和移动竞争，以利于提供更好的服务。想法虽然好，但是有一点我想不大明白：一个爹的三个儿子相互竞争，和三个爹的三个儿子相互竞争，这两种情况之间是不是应该有点区别？
所以我痛恨我自己，恨我自己不能办一家电信公司。如果我手里有一家电信公司的话，我要努力上市，压垮现有的几大电信公司，成为中国电信巨头。等到那一天到来的时候，我就可以辞去董事长兼CEO的职位，回到我现在的公司，劝技术部使用我们的电信服务。这么一来，我就能用上稳定可靠的网络服务了。
联通比我们幸运多了
