戒烟元年十二月二十一日,联通不通

从星期一到现在,在单位就没有办法使用MSN。打开网页也处于间歇性抽风状态,长期凝固,瞬间刷新。打QQ游戏就更有意思了,只看见自己这里在读秒,然后突然出现快进×8的画面,三家的牌乱飞,到我这里再次读秒。这一切全是因为联通的网络服务,单位租用了联通专线,今天是第四天,他们的还在“待查”。问技术部的同事,为什么要租用联通专线?回答说是“便宜”。我大怒,骂曰:“我们他妈的可是国企啊!”

长期以来,我忍受中国移动的高额话费,坚持使用全球通。我忍受150元/月的宽带包月费,争取把市话部分控制在十元以下。唯一的目的就是想得到稳定可靠的服务,别人使用铁通宽带的时候,我一度犹豫过。但是等他们断线,打电话投诉对方已经下班时,我开始庆幸150元换来的24小时不间断服务。

中国的客户服务是一种类似异次元空间的系统,最好不要去碰。一旦接触,就会很快迷失于其中。根本之道就是不和他们打交道,这就对服务质量有很高的要求。只要服务正常,我可以一辈子不给你的客户服务部门打一个电话,这对大家都是好事。尤其是考虑到城市里的变态那么多,没事喜欢打电话泡接线员,不用长时间开着电话听音乐等转接绝对是种幸福生活。

以前有个非常精致的短片,专门打击联通不通。不知道现在情况怎么样了?一度解释说机站建设不足,所以覆盖面没有移动大,影响了通话质量。但是到现在,我给联通手机打电话,十次里还是会有一到两次无法接通。据说成立联通、铁通是为了和移动竞争,以利于提供更好的服务。想法虽然好,但是有一点我想不大明白:一个爹的三个儿子相互竞争,和三个爹的三个儿子相互竞争,这两种情况之间是不是应该有点区别?

所以我痛恨我自己,恨我自己不能办一家电信公司。如果我手里有一家电信公司的话,我要努力上市,压垮现有的几大电信公司,成为中国电信巨头。等到那一天到来的时候,我就可以辞去董事长兼CEO的职位,回到我现在的公司,劝技术部使用我们的电信服务。这么一来,我就能用上稳定可靠的网络服务了。
