雨水打在屋簷上，嘩啦嘩啦的越下越大。辛樂克颱風傍晚登陸台灣了，有風有雨，也可能又帶來一場災難。想起那些在風雨中憂心的人們，我想我能坐在這個溫暖又安全的地方，已是十分幸福的事。
心情持續憂鬱了一段時間，可能是因為藥物，也可能是源自於現實生活的沉重壓力。那種壓抑在最底層悶著頭生活的陰暗感覺，著實是一種可怕的經驗。論劍留言板上大家給了我各式各樣的建議，有人讓我看書、旅遊，有人叫我去跑步、攀岩、練瑜珈，甚至有人建議我唱山歌解悶。老九把大家寫給我的一二十首歌詞重新貼出來給我看，看到大家這些洋洋灑灑的回應，我真的真的很感動。有這麼多人關心我給我打氣，我想不管是為了什麼天大的原因，我都應該要設法振作起來。
命運也許在某些方面對我不公，但我也很幸運的身邊一直源源不絕的有許多支持我的人。他們給我安慰、給我力量，或者溫和、或者嚴厲的用各式語言激勵著我，這些都是我最珍貴的寶藏。
人的一生中，每個階段都有每個階段的困難，昨日的我千辛萬苦的與病魔纏鬥，今日的我更應該要振作起來與自己的心魔戰鬥。為了能不辜負愛我的人，我一定努力的讓自己昂起頭來生活。
