This is a studio light where I've placed a glass magnifier near the bottom of the lights reflector, letting the magnifier settle at the narrowest point.   Since the magnifier is transparent, I can transmit  illumination through from the light, and place these clear bulbs on the magnifier for the effect you see here.

 

The reflection of the lightbulb which is illuminating the three bulbs from my light  is being reflected on the inside  surface of each bulb.
