Good Evening

 

This is a night shot of apartments in the Largo Do Pelorinho which is located in the downtown area of the city of Bahia, located in the state of Salvador, located in norther Brazil.   The city of Bahia is the spiritual capital of the country for Afro-Brazilians, because the deep religious values which are practiced there, and this was the area where slaves were first brought to Brazil centuries ago.

 

The Largo Do Pelorinho is the artistic center of Bahia, and many singers, painters, photographers and poets live there.    For those interested in visiting Bahia, it is a photographers paradise.
