海贫菜谱 - Dutch Baby

这个叫 Dutch baby, 也叫 German Pancake, 其实就是个鸡蛋饼. 味道不错, 参考了以下三个菜谱.

For the pancake

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

4 large eggs

1/2 cup unbleached all-purpose flour

1/2 half-and-half

1/4 teaspoon salt

Instruction: In a blander, mix everything, except the butter, together until well blended.

For the topping:

1 Granny Smith apple - sliced thinly

1 tablespoon unsalted butter

3 tablespoon sugar

Instruction: sauté an apple in butter and sugar

Instructions:

Preheat the over to 420F

Put the butter in an 8-inch cast-iron skillet, place over low heat.

Pour the batter into the warmed skillet, add the apple on top.

Slide into the oven and bake for 20mins.
