Good Evening

My dialogue w/Marmoset got me to thinking, and I'll upload this shot which I think adds to the discussion about simplicity, and complexity, and a consideration of what those terms really mean.

The thought process behind this shot was to suggest both isolation and a very thoughtful moment. To play up the isolation I made the body of the frame black w/the subject matter to the extreme left.

I also tried to spotlight the face with high key lighting to emphasize her face as the main point of interest.

Again, whether or not the image works for you is up to you, but hopefully it makes some statement on how simplicity can transmit very subtle moods and ideas.
