The shot was totaly back lit. The background was totally washed out when I exposed for the cowboy's face. Yeah, I totally agree it needs a frame. For shooting cowboy, Colorado does have a lot of them. Unfortunately, I have yet to develop a way to communicate with them effectively. These shots were done at an exhibition, not on a ranch. With the pebbles, I have no way, yet, to spend extended time away from home when I am home :( Hopefully things will change.
