这得算下，租还是买合算。羊毛出在羊身上，税务也是可以转嫁的。我们镇基本没公寓可以租。 NJ目前是全国房产税最高的州之一。而DC， CA大概0.5%吧， MA大概1%。NY很乱，有3%的county，而Brooklyn反而不到1%. It's all about carry cost.
