Sleeping bag is needed even in September/October. You can buy sleeping bags and other gear/tools in Pohkara, many shops selling trekking stuff along the "lake side". Many of the stuff are made in China, most popular brands can be found in stock, North Face, Columnbia, etc. you name it. But most of them are fake, so even the temperature rating on a sleeping bag says "-15c", it usually would not keep you warm at -15c (some kind shop keepers told me this), but it probably will keep your warm at...
