1. They use the best carrier for your chosen home location. 2. Dynamically change carrier at different locations. I can't confirm either but I'm under impression it's 2, though I could be wrong. Yes, they sell their own Cell phone and SIM card.

$25/month, 1000 minutes (talk + data). That's what I use. I often have 600-700 minutes balance at end of month. They use the best carrier at any location as they are reseller of them all so they have that flexibility. I got better signal underground at Penn Station, NYC than Verizon. Better signal in office than AT&T. It beats any single carrier.
