原文如下:
To make colour images, pixels are grouped together in clusters called photosites, and filters are used to make the individual pixels sensitive to a single colour. Because the human eye is most sensitive to green, each photosite is usually made up of 4 small square pixels, one red, one blue and two green. the output of one photosite therefore becomes one single pixel in the final image. So you should be aware that the quoted resolution of the CCD is not as great as it seems.
